Payment Options
We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, or money order. No personal checks, please.
Paying by Money Order
On the check out page, select payment by money order. Then send your money order and a copy of your order confirmation to our address below. Send payment as soon as possible. We will reserve your plants up to 5 business days. After which will not be able to guarantee availability.

Shipping
Orders Are Shipped Every Tuesday.
Orders placed Sunday before 6pm MST (mountain standard time), with a cleared payment, will be shipped on Tuesday.
If your order is received after 6pm MST on Sunday it will be shipped the following Tuesday.
Plants Are Shipped With USPS Priority Mail.
All orders are shipped by USPS Priority mail. From the time of shipment it will take 2-3 days for your plant to arrive.
Note: If you are expecting live plants, please take care to make sure that packages are not left outside for an extended period of time (more then 24 hrs).
Delivery Confirmation
After an order has been packaged you will receive an e-mail from us notifying you that your order has been sent out for shipping. In addition you will receive an e-mail from USPS notifying you shipping information has been received and you will be given a delivery confirmation number. Use this number to track your order.
Packaging
Your plants are packed very carefully and shipped within their pots. Upon their arrival your plants should be in excellent health. We will not re-pot your plants before shipping unless it is necessary.
Inspect Your Plants Upon Arrival
We guarantee your plants will arrive in excellent condition. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your plants upon arrival then please contact us immediately. Within 2-3 days of arrival.
Our Guarantee to Our Customers
30-Day Guarantee Policy
We guarantee that the plants you buy from us will arrive in excellent condition and stay healthy for the first 30 days from the time of shipment. As long as the following conditions are followed.
- You must provide the recommended lighting and watering for your plant. Based off of the information in our care sheets, provided with you order. This information can also be found on our website.
- Re-potting your plant voids these guarantee.
- If your plant is not growing as well as you expected within the initial 30 days, please contact us immediately. We will try to figure out the problem and give you recommendations to improve the health of the plant. Within two days you must adjust your growing conditions according to our recommendations.
